By using VibeStage, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account data and keep your credentials secure.

2. Platform Scope

VibeStage provides creator tools, marketplace listings, purchases, contracts, and payouts. Features may change over time for security, compliance, or product improvements.

3. Marketplace Ownership Transfers

Lyrics listings are sold as exclusive transfers after successful payment and signature flow. Once sold, the listing is removed from sale and remains available only to involved parties according to platform access rules.

4. Creator and Buyer Responsibilities

Users are responsible for truthful submissions and lawful use of content.

• Lyricists and artists must upload only content they own or control legally.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for the accuracy of contractual identity and contact data.
• Any third-party claim about content ownership remains the responsibility of involved users.

5. Credits, Purchases, and Withdrawals

Credits, fees, and payout processing follow platform rules visible in your account. Completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not abuse the service, bypass security controls, scrape protected content, publish illegal material, or attempt fraud against users or the platform.

7. Liability and Indemnity

VibeStage acts as an intermediary platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeStage is not liable for user-submitted content, infringement claims, or losses caused by false declarations by buyers or sellers. Users agree to indemnify VibeStage for such claims.

8. Changes and Contact
